Helena Stuart founded Only Hearts in 1978 on Columbus Avenue in New York City. The original boutique was a tiny, outrageous temple to all things heart shaped: vintage lockets to corsets, the precious to the sensual. It quickly became a destination for hearts collectors, shameless romantics searching for the perfect token of appreciation.

Creating fashion’s first “Inner Outerwear”™ collection, and revolutionizing under garment dressing to come out and be seen. Today Helena, working as a team with her daughter Kaya, offers a full range of lifestyle lingerie from sexy sweet undies and bralettes, to sleepwear, lounge, and wear- anywhere wardrobe staples

Sensuous, natural, and just a little bit naughty. Only Hearts is proudly manufactured in New York City using local, deadstock, organic, and certified Made in Green textiles. Small production batches to reduce waste and over production. Small footprint, Big Heart ❤
